Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for a:

Customer Care Specialist for Workwear (m/f)

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to customers and the sales team, ensuring timely delivery of services and products

  • Actively, quickly, and efficiently resolving customer requests and issues in cooperation with the team

  • Proactive communication and maintaining relationships with existing customers

  • Daily communication with customers via email and phone, as well as occasional field visits to existing customers to provide explanations, make arrangements, or deliver samples

  • Cooperation with the internal warehouse and logistics

  • Timely execution of all business obligations, deadlines, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education (high school diploma)

  • Category B driving license – active driver

  • Active use of English in spoken and written communication

  • Team player

  • Responsibility and patience in daily work

  • Good computer literacy and ability to work with applications (MS Office, MS Outlook, Teams, Internet)

  • Advantage: experience with AdvanTex and Salesforce (not a requirement)

  • Willingness to occasionally work in the field (visits to existing customers)

  • Flexibility and resourcefulness

  • Well‑developed communication skills and customer-oriented approach

  • Organizational skills, responsibility, and discipline in completing work tasks

  • Strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction
