Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for a:
Customer Care Specialist for Workwear (m/f)
Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing support to customers and the sales team, ensuring timely delivery of services and products
Actively, quickly, and efficiently resolving customer requests and issues in cooperation with the team
Proactive communication and maintaining relationships with existing customers
Daily communication with customers via email and phone, as well as occasional field visits to existing customers to provide explanations, make arrangements, or deliver samples
Cooperation with the internal warehouse and logistics
Timely execution of all business obligations, deadlines, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Secondary school education (high school diploma)
Category B driving license – active driver
Active use of English in spoken and written communication
Team player
Responsibility and patience in daily work
Good computer literacy and ability to work with applications (MS Office, MS Outlook, Teams, Internet)
Advantage: experience with AdvanTex and Salesforce (not a requirement)
Willingness to occasionally work in the field (visits to existing customers)
Flexibility and resourcefulness
Well‑developed communication skills and customer-oriented approach
Organizational skills, responsibility, and discipline in completing work tasks
Strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction
